He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Swisher (Kevin), Stacie Zell (Gerard) and Stephen Foy; his grandchildren, Jackson, Anna Cathryn Swisher, Hunter and Grant Zell; his siblings, Karen Albritton (Keith), Walter Foy (Jane) and Joel Foy (Maryann); his sister-in-law Janet Foy; and his friend Harlan Helms.
