He is survived by: his children, Thomas Foster, Jr., Douglas Foster, Kathleen Foster, Christopher Foster (Keri) and Krystal Davis (Brandon); and his stepchildren, Scott Melanson, Robin Risher, Karen Thernes (Nathan) and Denise Melanson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
