He was predeceased by : his parents, James Miller and Wilma Miller; and his sisters, Beatrice, Harriet and Phyllis.
He is survived by : his wife Gail Clyatt Miller of Lake City; his children, Andrea Miller (Shawn) of Arizona, Dale Moseley Jr. and Shaun Moseley of Lake City; his siblings, Shirley Furman of Michigan and Gordan Miller of California; his brother-in-law Ken Clyatt (Ellen); his grandchildren, Jayla Moseley (Jonathan), Haylee Moseley (Curtis), Tyler Moseley (Taylor) and Kellan Moseley; and his pet Tippy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
