He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Stout and Lorraine Little Stout; his wife Cynthia Mills "Cindy" Stout; his sons, Robert Michael "Robby" Stout and Kevin Wade; and his siblings, Dennis Stout, Sandra Shackleford and Charles Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas L. Stout, II (Staci) and Tim Stout (Jucinda); and his sister Cathy Greer of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
