She was predeceased by: her husband Sam W. Seay, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Elsie North, Maude Hurst, Fanny Barton, Julian Pierce "J. P." Green, Arnold "Jack" Green and William "Calvin" Green; her son Sam Seay, Jr. (Carole) of Titusville; her grandson Michael Seay (Meagan) of Titusville; and her caregiver Donna Hattaway of Lake City. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
