He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Norris and Maude Wheeler Norris; and his siblings, Joe, Eulee Norris and Judy Lord.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Norris of Lake City; his children, Tobias Norris (Sherri Sandage) of Lake City and Kristin Hadley (Chris) of Lake City; his grandchildren, Haley Morgan and Kinsley Hadley; and his great grandchildren, Millie Morgan Lanza of Lake City and Mason Morgan Lanza of Lake City.
