He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wiley and Annie Conrad Wiley; his wife Velma Marie Terry Wiley; his siblings, Lowell Wiley and Faye Wiley Land; and his grandson Kaeden Wiley.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Wiley (Dawn) of Lake Hamilton and Kennon Wiley (Heather) of Palm Harbor, Florida; and his grandchildren, Courtney Lingle (Mike) of Lakeland, Briana Wiley of Lake Hamilton, Kaeris Wiley and Kamden Wiley of Palm Harbor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
