Patricia Blake Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Blake of Lake Mary, Florida, who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard A. Sweeney and Naomi L. Sweeney; her husband Teathian "Sonny" Blake; her brother John Sweeney; her niece Diana Langol; and her grandson David Blake.

She is survived by: her siblings, Norma Langol (Robert) and Thomas Sweeney (Maureen); her sister-in-law Gerri Sweeney; her nieces and nephews, Robert Langol (Deborah), Patricia O'Malley (Jim), John Langol (Stephanie), Colleen Bracken (Micheal), Douglas Sweeney (Stephanie), Tara Funk (Tristan), Sean Sweeney (Rebecca) and Marley Rave (Jeff); and her stepchildren, Rick Blake (Ann), Curtis Blake (Phyllis), Jeffery Blake (Teresa) and Lisa Rhodes (Terry). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-nieces/nephews, godchildren and hundreds of friends..

In honoring Pat’s memory, the family invites memorial donations (in lieu of flowers) to be made to one of the following charities, continuing her legacy of kindness and service for generations to come.
