He was predeceased by: his father Luther Patrick; his wife Shirley; his mother Stella Major Patrick; and his siblings, Robert Patrick, Harold Patrick, Russell Patrick, Ruth Patrick, Carol Patrick Teter and David Patrick.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tiffany Patrick, Carson Patrick, Sean Patrick (Amber), Bryan Patrick, Madeline Patrick, Matthew Patrick and Micah Patrick; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Garmaza, Owen and Caleb Patrick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
