It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth Dolby of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Sutton and Martha Sutton; her children, Robert H. Dolby, Patrick Dolby and Maliah Foster; and her siblings, Kay Sutton, Gloria Elder, Gail McConnell and James Sutton.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Mausser (Douglas) of Jamestown, Pennsylvania and Brent Dolby (Jennifer) of Chicora, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Clarisa Mausser of Sharon and Derrick Mausser of Jamestown, Pennsylvania; her great grandchildren, Adelina and Brayden; and her siblings, Beverly Rodgers (Ronald) and Robert Sutton of Connoquenessing, Pennsylvania..
