He is survived by : his children, Franklin Robert Smith Jr. (Susana) of Naples, Florida and Cynthia M. Crytzer (Scott) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Aleata Banks, Jessica Smith and Sean Smith. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
