He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wagnaar and Elva Wagnaar (Maxwell); his parents-in-law, Maurice, Jean Adami and Charles DeMoss Jr.; and his sister-in-law Ruth DeMoss Tjarks.
He is survived by: his wife Julia; his children, Jeffrey Wagnaar (Brittany) and Natalie Green (Bruce); his sister Karen Kristler (Lonnie); and his grandchildren, Piper, Maya Reynolds, Avalyn Wagnaar and Bjorn Irwin-Wagnaar.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in his name to T.A.P.S., Arbor Day Foundation, or the Laborer's Local 231 scholarship fund.
