He was predeceased by : his wife Linda McLean White; his parents, Alfred John and Elizabeth Lanier White; and his brother William Wayne "Bill" White. He is survived by : his children, John Ed White, Jr. (Wendy) and Kelli White Prescott (Bobby); his grandchildren, Ashley, John Andrew, Tyler, Jarrett and Kendall; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Emma, John Tyler, Colby and Bentley; and his siblings, George White (Pam) and Joyce Watters (Malcolm).
