He is survived by: his sister Jann Mullins Smith (Ray); his children, Rusty Wayne Mullins (Robbie) and Denise Mullins Mishoe (Cliff); his granddaughters, Macey J. Mullins and Molly Mae Ahmed; and his great-nephew Graeme Hayden.
