He is survived by: his wife Edith Willis; his children, Christina Lynn Willis Markham (Andrew) and Justin Lee Willis (Mike); his daughter-in-law Loisey Willis; his siblings, Fred Willis (Geneva), Barbara Williams (Jay) and Beatrice Willis Kellner; his siblings-in-law, Colleen Willis (late Bobby Willis), Retha Willis (late Jerry Willis) and Bob Loughren (late Bertha Loughren); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Wiggins, Heather Salas (David), Jacob Willis (Rachel), Russell Willis (Caitlin), JC Willis, Logan and Chase Walker. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery.
