He was predeceased by : his parents, Arnold Allen and Wilma Allen; his wife Betty Allen; and his brothers, Richard Allen, Robert Allen and Gene Allen.

He is survived by : his sons, Arnold "Jeff" Allen (Kim) of Lake Wales and Jonathon "Keith" Allen of Lake Wales; and his grandchildren, Michael (Paulina), Matthew, Stasia (Mike) and Ainsley. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
