He is survived by: his children, David Carroll and Melissa Cappelli (Dante Cappelli II); his brother Rick Carroll (Pat Carroll); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Carroll, Kasey Gordon (Adam Gordon), Kristen Beckner (Alex Beckner), Dante Cappelli III (Laura Cappelli), Matthew Cappelli and David Cappelli. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newark Country Club (300 W Main St, Newark, DE 19711).
