He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Ward and Luella Ward; his wife Phyllis; and his son Duane. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Dees (Robert) of Winter Haven and Donna Martin (Tim) of Babson Park; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Amy, Robby, Tabatha, Tadd, Jake, Aaron and Lucas. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home (454 Buck Moore Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33853).
