He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Harvard and Lyda Harvard; his son Greg Harvard; his sister Geralean Simpson; and his sister-in-law Linda Harvard.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harvard; his son Brent Harvard (Kristen) of Lake Wales; his siblings, Genetha Kirkland (Paul) of Cleveland, Judy McKibbin (David) of Ocala and Dr. Ronald Harvard of Cleveland, Tennessee; and his granddaughter Nicole Teigeiro of Deerfield, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
