He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Lapp. He is survived by: his wife Katherine L. Lapp; his children, Cindi Holliday of Lake Wales and Thomas E. Lapp of Lake Wales; and his brother Dennis Lapp of Wisconsin. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
