He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arvel D. Hayes and Helen Hayes; his children, Arvel Neil Hayes, Jr. (Joe), Amy Renee Hayes (Roger) and Joe (Lisa); his wife Connie; his grandchildren, Jacklyn, Roger, Jr., Brandon, Joshua Neil and Michelle; and his sisters, Helen and Carol. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, friends.
