He was predeceased by: his brother John Trezza; his siblings-in-law, Mike Blasi, Peter Fazio, Nancy Gaeta and Louis Gaeta Jr.; his nephews, Louis Gaeta III and Neil Gaeta; and his son-in-law Bob Burton.
He is survived by: his family, Gators of Florida, Villanova Wildcats, Clemson Tigers and Philadelphia Eagles; his wife Arline Gaeta; his sister Rose Trezza Blasi (Trezza); his siblings-in-law, Bill Gaeta, Barbara Gaeta and Vera Fazio; his daughters, Arline and Diane Burton (Joe Moore); his grandchildren, Scott (Beth Moore), Meredith Jones, Christina Moore (Steve Stathius), Brandi (Michael Lee), Amanda Moore (Nick Michaels) and Patricia Lee; and his great grandchildren, Judah and Nathan Lee.
