He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl "Gene" Manzo and Doris Swain Manzo; his children, Jessica Manzo (Mike Monello) and Andrew Manzo; his sisters, Peggy Norman (Steve), Patsy Mundy (Lowell) and Missy Fulmer (Bob); his grandchildren, James Manzo, Escanor Manzo, Jillian Monello and Eugene Manzo; and his siblings' children, Ryan Norman, Regan Bartley, Eli Bartley, Caleb Norman, Hunter Norman, Wyatt Bartley, Joe Mundy, Jamie Smith, Christopher Fulmer and Caitlin Fulmer-Wilbanks.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Vaughan-Kimes Funeral Home & Crematory (521 Fifth St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
The Memorial Tribute will be available to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025, and from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home, located at 521 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
