She was predeceased by : her son Derrick D. Wagner; and her grandsons, James and Harry Marcum. She is survived by : her children, William H. Wagner, Jr. and Katherine L. Marcum (James); her grandson Liam D. Wagner; and her siblings, Thomas Askins (Lyn) and Kasey Sapp (Ronald). She is also survived by other family members and many friends.
