He was predeceased by: his mother Isabel Howell; his brother Rick Howell; and his niece Amy Boscarino. He is survived by: his wife Eng Howell; his children, Monica Fields (Aaron) of Fort Myers, FL and Chris Howell of Marietta, GA.; his sister Kathleen Boscarino (Sam) of Greensburg, PA; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Howell; his nieces, Heather Pawelkiewicz and Gina Boscarin; and his nephew Danny Howell. He is also survived by cousins that were like siblings.
