He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Elnathan Ross and Mildred Ross (Allen); his former wife Fran; and his brothers, Mark, Emanuel, Joel and Jonathan "Rick" Ross.

He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Carroll (Mike); his grandsons, Greg Turner, Steven Turner (Gabby) and Harley Carroll; his brother David "Neal" Ross (late Jean); his great grandchild Sanina Turner; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Brian, Tracy and Eric Ross. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
