Though Jack Jay may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Brickman and Ruth Brickman. He is survived by: his wife LaDawn; his sons, Dan (Lily) and Dean; his brothers, Jim (Judy), Dave (Sophie), Tom (Arlene) and Michael; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda (Michael) and Gloria (Chris).
