He is survived by: his wife Alice Sprague; his children, John Jason Sprague (Julie) of Westford, MA and Lori Alicia Sprague (Michael Lewis) of Evergreen, CO.; and his niece Katherine Sprague Tkac (Greg) of Loveland, CO. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
