She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry A. Schiffel and Jeanette R. Schiffel; and her parents-in-law, Peggy and Jack Hughes. She is survived by: her sister Sandy Connell Kemmerer (Bob); her husband Daniel G. Hughes; her children, Amanda DeNicholas, Matt McCormack (Alessandra), Ryan McCormack, Shawn Hughes (Emily) and Daniel G. Hughes, Jr. (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Olivia, Victoria, Rebecca, Sarah, Luke DeNicholas, Hana, Christian McCormack, Brooks, Finnegan Hughes, Daniel G. and Noah Hughes; her nephews, Frank (Lin), Chris and Scott Connell (Tia); her siblings-in-law, Jack (Marion), Terrance Hughes (Eileen) and Marianne Hughes; and her cousins, Carole Ann Kruger and Suzanne Fox (Greg). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and so many friends.
