She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Blair Otto and Nora Otto (Kreider); her husband John L. Smith (Jack); and her siblings, Lois VunCannon, Hugh K Otto and Dale B Otto.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jennifer Werstler (Smith), Rachel Smith, Paul (Artie), Keri Dye, Sarah and Tyler Smith; her great grandchildren, Noah (Chloe), Sam, Caleb Werstler and Piper Dye; her children, Michael Smith (Becky), April Dye (Paul) and Kenneth Smith (Beverly) of Hobe Sound; and her siblings, Phyllis Boston of Akron, Patricia Frase of Chandler and Beryl Otto (Brenda) of Uniontown. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
