He is survived by: his wife Elisha Jakubowski; his daughter Rachael Jakubowski (Jon Scherer); his siblings, Kathy Pump (Tom), Laura Skinner and Chris Jakubowski; his siblings' children, Jenn Zvonek (Rob), Chris Skinner (Stephanie), Pat Skinner, Kelley Goryl (Josh) and Alyssa Skinner; and his great-nieces, Avery, Charlotte Skinner and Ava Zvonek.
