He is survived by: his mother Santos Rodriguez Padilla of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Beverly Livingston of Rockport, TX and Samuel Padilla (Ashley) of San Antonio, TX; his children, Erica Livingston of Aransas Pass, TX, Erin Livingston of Aransas Pass, TX and James Patrick Trevino Sr. (Stephanie Cadogan) of Nebraska; and his stepchildren, Erick Trevino of Florida, Veronica Ellis (Ryan) of North Carolina and Nelda Trevino of Florida. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
