He is survived by: his sister Jean Zukowski; his sibling's children, Dennis, Craig, Leslie, Lisa, Kevin Pearcy, Dori and Evelyn; his children, Lynn Gernon, Cheryl Brandvold, Holly Sauer, Robert Sauer Jr. and Deanne Heide; his children-in-law, Bruce Gernon, Mary Prince and Alan Heide; his grandchildren, Keely Burton, Ashley Brandvold and Kirsten Maas; his great grandchildren, Reed Burton, Kali Burton, Bryce Maas and Reese Maas; and his grandchildren, Kayla Prince, Andrew Prince and Sarah Prince.
