He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Mize; his brother Wayne Mize; and his parents, David Mize and Pearl Mize. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Arehart; his granddaughter Chayse Arehart; his son-in-law David Frederick; and his sister Edna Hudacin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
For over 20 years, Stan was an honored active volunteer for Hoosier Boys' Town and Hoosier Boys' Town Foundation.
