She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsay Payne and Beatrice Payne; her husband John Henry Shiver Jr.; and her brother Gayle Payne (Danny Payne). She is survived by: her children, Kim Pasquino (Jeff), Debbie Blankenbiller (Matt) and Barbara Ann Dobson (Jamie); and her grandchildren, Michael Williams, David Williams, Jordan Christensen and Gavin Dobson. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
