He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Norman and Justine Electa Eby (McGeary); and his sister Diane Ryan. He is survived by : his son Brian Eby; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Wheeler (Sharon), Tim Wheeler (Linda) and Karen Dahne (Wolfgang). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Serenity Gardens (3350 Mall Hill Dr, Lakeland, FL 33810).
