She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Winston Scott and Mary Scott; her brother Trevor; her son Maurice; her daughter-in-law Carmen; and her in-laws, Maurice and Violet Harris. She was also cherished by two sisters, a daughter, 4 sons, 11 grandchildren and their spouses, 12 great grandchildren, 4 nieces and 5 sisters in-law.
A Mass was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (501 E Carter Rd, Lakeland, FL 33813). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Whidden-McLean Funeral Home & Crematory (650 E Main St, Bartow, FL 33830). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Century Avenues Apartments Clubhouse (6720 Florida Ave S, Lakeland, FL 33813).
