He was predeceased by: his parents, West Garrison and Virginia Lee Garrison; and his granddaughter Athena. He is survived by: his stepparent Kaye Francis Treviel; his wife Donna; his children, Patty Watts, Billy Garrison Jr., Jon Fogg (Mandy Smith), Jason Fogg (Heather), Dustin Anderson (Pam), Hillary Anderson and Colleen Nickologianis; his brothers, Scott and Rob Garrison; and his grandchildren, Jen, Kristofer, Kaylen, Dillon, Kaleigh, Sawyer, Camryn, Briar, Fox, Juliette, Aubrey, Caleb, Zane, Dakota, Kali and Myles. He is also survived by his 3 great grandchildren.
