He was predeceased by: his parents, Hunter Washington and Virginia Washington; his sister Rosa Lee Smith; and his daughter Jackie Washington. He is survived by: his wife Bennie Washington; his children, Darin Washington (Jocelyn) of Orlando, FL, Catrena (Washington) and Hayes (Donald) of Lakeland, FL; his brother Alfonso Washington (Cindy) of Melbourne, FL; his granddaughters, Shameka Washington, LaShannon Washington, Sheena Hayes-Zanders (Paul) and Shamille Hayes-St. Juste (Jivinson); and his great grandchildren, Zariahija, Zamaria, Samiyah and Kayden.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Hill Primitive Baptist Church (1348 Sidney Ave, Lakeland, FL 33805). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
