She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Sibley and Shirley Mae Sibley (Nilson). She is survived by: her significant other Allen Newcomb; her sons, Jeffrey E. Meyer (Lisa) of Coventry, RI, David W. Meyer (Mary) of Rutland, MA and Gregory E. Meyer (Julia) of Greensboro, NC.; her great grandchild Lucas; and her sister Cheryl Bassett of Boylston, MA.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Carol's honor to the First United Methodist Church, specifically designating the contribution for the United Women in Faith.
