She was predeceased by: her mother Eleanor Marrone; her stepfather Henry Marrone; and her father Frederick C. Deppe. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Walsh; her children, Ryan Walsh (Stacy), Sarah Walsh and Caitlin Lesco (Chris); her grandchildren, Delaney and Nate; and her siblings, Dianne Southwell, Fred Deppe, Suzanne Lavalla and Glenn Deppe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Give Kids The World Village, a nonprofit that grants week-long Disney vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families, honoring Carol's lifelong love of the place she considered the happiest place on earth.
