He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Lowe and Agnes Lowe; his children, Kathleen Houmes (Norman) and James Lowe (Marline); his sisters, Mary Rodgers and Clara Packard; his grandchildren, Dannette Gomez, Sean Houmes, Chris Lowe, Jason Lowe, Brett Rumple, Eric Rumple and Dustin Rumple; his former wife LaDonnah; and his wife Margaret.
