He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Anderson and Rosa Grray Anderson; and his stepson Randy. He is survived by : his wife Virginia; his children, Floyd, Michael, Philip, Rose Marie and Kay; and his stepchildren, Dan, Linda and Judy. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakeland Funeral Home (2125 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
