She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Smith and Latrelle Smith (Sumner). She is survived by: her son Josh Smith (Amanda); her grandchildren, Bristol and Boone; and her siblings, Dana Tarver, Ronnie Smith (Carole) and Derle Smith (Kathy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
