He was predeceased by : his wife Janet Fairley; and his daughter Chrystal Hose. He is survived by : his mother Betty McFarland; his brother Brian Fairley; his sons, David Fairley Jr. of Florida, Alan Fairley Sr. of Ohio and Max Fairley (Stephanie) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ella, Alan Jr., CarLee, Hannah and Joseph.
