He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Middleton and Helen Middleton (Davidson); and his sister Evangeline. He is survived by: his children, David Middleton (Jeri), Melody Guevara (Tony) and Michelle Philpot (Victor); and his siblings, Avis Lawson and Harold Middleton (Linda). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
