We are sad to announce that, on November 17, 2019, at the age of 64, Debra Shirley Choate (Lakeland, Florida), born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Allan Choate; her children, Ryan Choate (Kim) and Sarah Smith (Matt); her parents, Bob Shirley and Mildred Shirley; her sisters, Pamela Beasley (Jody) and Michelle Shirley; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Nathan, Anora, Katie, Gabriel, Tyner and Easton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Debra's honor to the Compassion House at Church at the Mall or the Tampa General Hospital Foundation.
