She is survived by: her husband Roy Bell; her children, Frank Peth (Melody), Terri Lynn Meyers (Greg) and Cheryl Ann Frye-Hoss; her grandchildren, Terri Dunbar, Maria Dunbar, Franklin Peth (Laci), Michelle Meyers, Ashley Meyers, Nicholas Mullennex and Mandy Willoughby (Joe); her siblings, Diane Randolph (Vern), Dennis Clements (Margie) and Victoria Presnell (Stan); and her brothers-in-law, Larry Mangold and Joe Urban. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
