He is survived by: his wife Mamie Soudelier Perry of Patterson; his children, Taylor Reneé Perry (Aaron Gary), Mallory Ann Perry (Wyatt Andrews), Courtney Perry and Blaise Perry; his grandson Rhett Michael Gary; his close friend Shawn Canty; his sister Mary Glass; his friend Robert "Rollo" Williams; his aunt Shirley Hymel; his uncles, Huey Perera and Claude Sonny Perera; and his pet Demi Grace. He is also survived by friends, and his brothers and sisters in law.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Doug's memory to assist in the alleviation of medical and funeral expenses.
