With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Duel Smith (Lakeland, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In bidding Duel adieu, let us not mourn the silence that now fills the spaces Duel once occupied, but rather celebrate the vibrant colors they painted upon the canvas of our lives. For while they may have departed from this earthly realm, their spirit remains a beacon of light, guiding us through the darkest of nights.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cannon Funeral Home Chapel (317 W Memorial Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33815).
